RoomFit AI provides an AI-powered furniture visualization tool that allows users to upload a photo of their room and a photo of a furniture piece to generate a realistic visualization of how that piece would look in their space. The service includes:
- AI-powered room and furniture image processing
- Generated visualization images
- Free and premium tier access
- Related tools and features as we develop them
3. User Accounts
Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RoomFit AI to:
- Upload images you don't have the right to use
- Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Upload images containing identifiable persons without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models
- Use automated tools to bulk-process images without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls
- Resell or redistribute generated visualizations as a competing service
- Interfere with the service's operation or infrastructure
5. Image Uploads & Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading images, you grant RoomFit AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of delivering the visualization service to you.
5.2 Generated Content
Visualization images generated by our AI are provided for your personal, non-commercial use (free tier) or commercial use (premium tier, as specified in your plan). You may share generated images freely but may not claim the AI technology as your own.
5.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these Terms without notice.
6. Free & Premium Tiers
- Free tier — Limited daily visualizations, standard processing speed, watermarked results
- Premium tier — Higher limits, priority processing, no watermarks, additional features as described on our pricing page
We reserve the right to modify tier features, limits, and pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Payments & Refunds
If you subscribe to a premium plan:
- Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used premium features extensively
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
8. AI-Generated Results Disclaimer
Important: RoomFit AI visualizations are AI-generated approximations. They are intended to help you make more informed decisions, but they are not guarantees of:
- Exact color accuracy (varies by screen and lighting)
- Perfect scale or proportions (our AI estimates, but small variations may exist)
- How the furniture will actually look in person
- Product availability, pricing, or specifications
Always verify dimensions and specifications with the retailer before purchasing.
9. Intellectual Property
The RoomFit AI name, logo, website design, AI models, algorithms, and all related materials are the intellectual property of RoomFit AI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RoomFit AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
- We are not liable for any furniture purchasing decisions made based on our visualizations
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoomFit AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
- Update these Terms with reasonable notice (continued use = acceptance)
- Implement new features that may be subject to additional terms
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data and uploaded images
- Sections that should survive termination (liability, indemnification, IP) will survive
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoomFit AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
